Attend factory inspection to ensure the qualities met the contract requirement.
Approve the progress payment
Identify the responsibilities of the Contractors
Issue the Completion Certificates and arrangement of the hand over progress
Monitor the defect repair progress and preparation report to client
Final Inspection after the defect reliability period and approval of the final payment.
