1.POST-SALE SERVICE PLEDGE
After the Renovation projet completed we will provide one year free maintenance period ervices. This service does not limit to the contract maintenance period, it can be extended to lifetime service. All our clients will entitle to this lifetime maintenance service (Therefore, client service is directly controlled by the company general manager). The client service department will be able once to launch from the project on the invovement service, Becomes the client and the company links up the important channel, specifically serves the form to be as follows:
After the project completed, the client service departement will contact by phone or visiting the dient, in order to promptly understands the chlient's need; The client sets the correlation requirement by the telepone or the written form to this company, The client service department will be able to arrive at the site and the client consultation winthin 24 hours, Achieves the mutual recognition after both sides to be prompt arranges, Arranges the solution client need immediately; If after free maintenance period, Company will continue to provide the paid client service (Only charges material expense, exempts artificial and erlated management fee) to lifetime.
2.POST-SALE SERVICE SCOPE
Repair system:
Replaces the door lock, the adjustment shutter, the gate wrap, adjusts the window blind, spring safeguarding, wall body facing safeguarding, smallpox facing safeguarding, platform facing, Office furniture safeguarding.
Electricity system:
The AV line inspenction and the safeguarding, the power source power distribution header tank (in room), the power distribution line examination, lllumination lamps and lanterns safeguarding, power socket inspection. (Above inspects for routine inspection)
Low Voltage system:
The password locks the safeguarding, the telephone channel safeguarding, the network line maintenance, Supervisory system safeguarding, local area network work system safeguarding. (Above inspects for routine inspection)
Air-conditioning system:

Fire Protection system

3.ROUTINE MAINTENANCE SERVICE HOURS:
Regular office hours: Monday to Friday 9am 6pm. Except for Sundays and public holidays New Years, Chinese New Year, Labor Day, and National Day.

4.EMERGENCY SERVICES
